Mr. Barat does not hold any Equity Share in the Company. None of the Directors of Bata India Limited is related to Mr. Barat.
We further affirm that to the best of our knowledge and confirmation received, Mr. Barat has not been debarred from holding the office of a director by virtue of any SEBI order or by the order of any other authority.
