| Exchange Disseminated Time 21/05/2018 13:04:47 | Bhartiya International Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2018, inter alia, to consider and approve the audited financial results (standalone and consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2018 and to consider recommend dividend, if any.
In connection with the above, as per the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, adopted by the Board pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window shall remain closed from May 23, 2018 to May 31, 2018 (both days inclusive) for all designated persons of the Company due to consideration and approval of audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2018. |
