Approving and adopting the preliminary placement document dated 14th February, 2018 in connection with the QIP; b. Authorising the opening of the QIP today, i.e. 14th February, 2018 upto Rs. 35000 Million and c. Approving the relevant date and the floor price for the QIP. |
