We would like to inform that on superannuation of Dr. Ashok Haldia (DIN : 00818489), with effect from the closing hours of 18th September, 2018, he has ceased to be the Managing Director & CEO of the Company.
Further, the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on 19th September, 2018 has given the additional charge of Managing Director & CEO to Dr. Pawan Singh, Whole-Time Director (Finance) & CFO in addition to his current responsibilities.
