The Company has been informed by Karvy Computershare Private Limited, the Registrar and Share Transfer Agents of the Company vide its letter dated 11th December, 2018 (copy enclosed as Annexure- A) that pursuant to the scheme of arrangement and amalgamation approved by the Hyderabad Bench of the National Company Law Tribunal vide its order dated 23rd October 2018 ('NCLT Order') Karvy Computershare Private Limited, existing Registrar and Share Transfer Agents of the Company has been merged with Karvy Fintech Private Limited.
Therefore, you may kindly take note of the same and update the name of Karvy Fintech Private Limited as the Registrar and Share Transfer Agents of the Company in your records.
