| Exchange Received Time 06/07/2018 08:58:04 Exchange Disseminated Time 06/07/2018 08:58:09 Time Taken 00:00:05 | | MEP Infrastructure Developers Limited (MEP) has received the Letter of Acceptance (LOA) dated July 5, 2018 from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) informing that MEP has been engaged as the Contractor for collection of user fee at Paranur Fee Plaza at km 52.820 for the section from km 28.000 to km 74.500 (Tambaram-Tindivanam Section) on NH-45 in the State of Tamil Nadu. Key highlights of the Project are as under:(i) User Fee Collection rights at Paranur Fee Plaza(ii) Terms of the Contract Agreement: (a) The operations will commence within 2 (Two) days after complying the statutory formalities viz. submission of performance security and signing of contract; (b) Period of the Contract is 1 (one) year.(iii) The contractual amount for the said Project is Rs. 105.03 Crores (Rupees One Hundred Five Crores Three Lacs Only) payable to NHAI on a weekly basis over a period of 1 (one) year. |
