Intimation about the date of Board Meeting is also being released to the press for publication in the newspapers in terms of Regulation 47 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders of the Company, the Trading Window shall remain closed from 26th July, 2018 (4 PM) to 6th August, 2018. During the aforesaid closed trading window period, the Employees, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel and Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall not trade in Company's shares/securities.
