In reference to our letter dated 30th May, 2018 regarding Outcome of Board Meeting- Submission of Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ended 31st March, 2018 it has come to our observation that due to oversight the standalone Audited Report along with Reconciliation of Equity has not been submitted.
In order to rectify the above error in the financial results submitted earlier, we are hereby submitting the updated results for the Quarter and Year ended 31st March, 2018.
Please note that there is no change in the figures of the financial results as submitted vide our letter dated 30th May, 2018.
For your reference we are once again attaching herewith the updated rectified result along with Standalone Audited Report and Reconciliation of Equity. We request you to kindly update your record accordingly and ignore the previous result submitted.
