1. Appointment of Mrs. Padmini Khare Kaicker as Independent, Non-Executive Director of the Company for a period of 5 years with effect from April 1, 2018 upto March 31, 2023 (both days inclusive);
2. Appointment of Mr. Zarir Langrana as the Executive Director of the Company for a period of 5 years with effect from April 1, 2018 upto March 31, 2023 (both days inclusive).
