Further, pursuant to the code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting Trading by Insiders and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Rules 2015 trading window for dealing in Securities of the Company shall remain closed from Friday October 26, 2018 to Tuesday, November 6, 2018 (both days inclusive) and shall re-open on Wednesday, November 7, 2018.
