1. The Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2018.
2. To consider and recommend Final Dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2018.
Further, in reference to the earlier letter dated May 15, 2018 and the Policy on Prohibition of Insider Trading of the Company; the Trading Window shall remain close from May 16, 2018 to June 02, 2018 (both days inclusive). Thus Directors / Key Managerial Personnel / Employees and their immediate Relatives are prohibited from trading in the Company's Equity Shares during the said period. |
