HOUSING DEVELOPMENT has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/08/2018 ,inter alias, to consider and approve Dear Sir/Madam,

With reference to above and pursuant to Regulation 29 read with Regulation 47 of the Listing Regulations, Notice is hereby given that Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, August 14, 2018, inter-alia, to consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the Quarter ended June 30, 2018 .

Further, in reference to the aforesaid circulars and in terms of the company's internal Code for prohibition of Insider trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for all Connected person &/or Designated persons of the Company from Tuesday, August 7, 2018 and the same shall remain closed till 48 hours after the publication of the Unaudited financial Results of the Company.
