Kindly note that Shri P. Raychaudhury, Director (Commercial), Rashtriya Ispat Nigam limited (RINL) who has been assigned the charge of CMD, RINL by the competent authority, Ministry of Steel, Govt. Of India w.e.f 01.06.2018 be and is hereby nominated as the Additional Director and Non Executive Chairman of OMDC w.e.f 07.08.2018 to hold office up to the date of the ensuing Annual General Meeting ( AGM ) should have been held, whichever is earlier and shall be eligible for re-election at the said AGM.
Though the under signed received the nomination letter from holding company, RINL on 26.06.2018 with effect from 01.06.2018. The appointment cannot be affected from 01.06.2018,due to continuation of CIRP process, t1 e board of OMDC was suspended as per NCLT order dated 20.02.2018 .
Further, as per NCLAT order dated 07.08.2018 which was available in NCLAT website on 10.08.2018.
