| Exchange Received Time 24/05/2018 15:19:30 Exchange Disseminated Time 24/05/2018 15:19:33 Time Taken 00:00:03 | Kindly note that the Company will not be able to place the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the fourth quarter/financial year ended 31st March, 2018 before the Audit Committee and the Board and consequently will not be able to submit the said results to the Stock Exchanges within the stipulated date of 30th May, 2018 due to some technical and unavoidable reasons and also in view of the difficulty being faced by the Company for converting accounting data from GAAP to Ind-AS due to lengthy process.
Accordingly, the date of Board Meeting to be held for aforesaid purposes shall be intimated to the Stock Exchange in due course of time.
