In accordance with the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are pleased to inform you that Company has been declared L-1 bidder by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for a new EPC Project under NHDP-IVB for Varanasi - Dagamagpur (Pkg-1) in the State of Uttar Pradesh.
The trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by its designated employees, directors and promoters shall remain closed from February 16, 2018 to February 19, 2018 (both days inclusive). |
