Ref.: Final order of SEBI for de-freezing promoter shareholding after compliance with Minimum Public Shareholding (MPS) requirement.
Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that the Company has received Final order from Securities Exchange Board of India ('SEBI') in the matter of Non-Compliance with the requirement of Minimum Public Shareholding (MPS) by listed Companies. As informed earlier via our letter dated 13th December, 2017, the Company has complied with MPS requirement from 23rd November, 2017, we are further pleased to informed you that after due course of representation, SEBI has passed final order on 14th February, 2018 revoking the directions issue vide the interim order dated 19th July, 2017 against the Company and its Directors with immediate effect. Resulting to the said final order, freeze on shareholding of the Promoter now stand cancel.
Copy of the order is enclosed herewith.
