Karanjot Enterprises Private Limited ,an unlisted private company having its Regd. Office at House No-3038, Sector-20/D, Chandigarh - 160020, engaged in the business of manufacturing and selling of Bath Fittings items such as faucets, showers etc. which was duly approved by the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on 10th April, 2018. In reference to above, we wish to inform you that pursuant to that decision of the Board, the Company has subscribed 948141 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at a premium of Rs. 61.73 per share of Karanjot Enterprises Private Limited (KEPL) on 1st May, 2018 and post to this acquisition KEPL has become subisidary of the Company from said date.
The details required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Regulations) read with SEBI Ciruclar No CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 is given in the enclosed Annexure A.
