The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 24th May, 2018 had approved the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2018. We had submitted the said Audited Financial Results together with the Independent Auditors Report thereon in accordance with Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 immediately with the BSE Limited through machine readable pdf format as well as Xbrl format with in stipulated time.
Subsequently, while punching the figures in required format, a typographical error has been noticed in the Statement of Assets and Liabilities with compensating effects on both sides i.e. in 'trade receivables' and 'other non-current liabilities'. |
