In continuation of our intimation dated February 04, 2025 and February 11, 2025, this is to inform you that MSEI vide Circular No: MSE/LIST/16909/2025 dated March 24, 2025, bearing letter no. MSE/LIST/2025/298 has granted, Delisting Approval for delisting of 41,17,40,908 Equity Shares of the Company bearing Face value of Rs. 1/- each, from the Capital Market segment of MSEI. The Equity Shares of the Company shall be suspended from trading w.e.f. Monday, March 31, 2025, and further will be delisted from the Capital Market Segment of the MSEI w.e.f. Monday, April 07, 2025. The Equity Shares of the Company will continue to remain listed and traded on National Stock Exchange of India Limited ('NSE') and BSE Limited.
