Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (the 'SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015') read with Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Monday, September 17, 2018 to Wednesday, September 26, 2018 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of AGM.
