Reference is made to the intimation made to the Stock exchanges on May 29, 2018 by the Company in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, about the approval of the Board for the proposal to acquire 100% stake in Zorg.
We now wish to inform you that our Company has completed the formalities for the acquisition of the equity stake and has acquired the 100% equity share holding of Zorg.
