The Register of Member and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Saturday, September 22, 2018 to Friday, September 28, 2018 (both days inclusive) for taking record of the Members of the Company for the purpose of 27th AGM. The cut-off date for the purpose of ascertaining the members eligible for remote e-voting facility and voting at AGM has been fixed as Friday, September 21, 2018. The e-voting facility commences on Tuesday, September 25, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. and will remain open upto Thursday, September 27, 2018 till 5:00 p.m. The Company has completed the mailing of Notice convening the AGM alongwith the Annual Report for the Financial Year 2017-18 on September 6, 2018.
