It may please be noted that as our Company has been listed on BSE SME Platform after 30/09/2018, the Company will comply with the half yearly/quarterly compliance (viz. Submission of financial result under Regulation 33, Submission of shareholding pattern under Regulation 31, Compliance Certificate in terms of Regulation 40(9), Compliance certificate pursuant to Regulation 7(3), Investor Grievance Report under Regulation 13 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Regulation 55A of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 1996 etc. applicable to the Company) from the ensuing quarter ending on 31/12/2018.
It is also submitted and placed on record that the Company would regularly and timely comply with all the quarterly/half yearly compliance requirements as are applicable to the Company from the next quarter i.e. Quarter ending 31/12/2018.
