Kulkarni, Chartered Accountant (Membership No.160187), Independent Auditor of the Company, who was appointed for a period of five years to hold office from the conclusion of 8th Annual General Meeting (AGM) untill the conclusion of 13th AGM has informed, vide his letter dated July 16, 2018, his inability to continue as Independent Auditor of the Company due to challenges in retaining required manpower, particularly in the light of the implementation of Ind-AS framework with effect from April 1, 2018, thereby putting constraints in meeting stringent timelines, with effect from the conclusion of ensuing 9th AGM of the Members of the Company.
