| Exchange Disseminated Time 30/07/2018 15:17:07 | BLB Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on August 02, 2018, inter alia, to consider and approve the Voluntary Delisting of 52,865,258 Equity Shares from Bombay Stock Exchange Limited as per Regulation 6(a) and 7 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009.
Further, pursuant to the Company's Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, the "Trading Window" for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the insiders from July 30, 2018 till August 04, 2018 i.e. 48 hours after the announcement of the outcome of the Board Meeting to the Stock Exchanges (both days inclusive). |
