We give below outcome of the 4th Meeting of the CoC:
1. The list of Expression of Interest ("EOI") applicants was discussed and finalized.
2. Form G for the inviting Resolution Applicants was discussed and approved.
3. Evaluation Matrix for the resolution applications was discussed.
4. Timelines for the CIRP Process were discussedand approved.
The electronic voting for the approval of Evaluation Matrix will take place on 25 June, 2018.
Viceroy Hotels Limited (Corporate Debtor) is currently under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (''CIRP") as per the provisions of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (IBC) pursuant to an order of the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench ("NCLT") dated l2th March, 2018.
