In accordance with the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are pleased to inform you that the Company has been declared L-1 bidder by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for a new EPC Project in the State of Uttar Pradesh.
The trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by its designated employees, directors and promoters shall remain closed from March 21, 2018 to March 23, 2018 (both days inclusive). |
