1. To consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2018 along with the Statement of Assets & Liabilities for the half year ended September 30, 2018 as prescribed under Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time;
2. To consider and take on record the Limited Review Report for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2018;
3. To consider and declare second interim dividend for the financial year 2018 -19, if any and to fix the record date for the same;
Further, as per the “Code of Conduct” formed under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window will be closed from October 30, 2018 to November 07, 2018 (both days inclusive) for Directors, Officers, Designated Employees, Insiders (as defined in the code) and their dependents and family members. |
