SEBI/HO/MIRSD/DOPl/CIR/P/2018/73, the 2nd Reminder letter along with KYC Form has been given to the shareholders requesting them to submit their PAN and Bank Account details for updation of their data in Company records.
Further, pursuant to BSE Circular No- LIST/COMP/15/2018-19 dated 5th July, 2018, letter has been sent to the shareholders who are holding shares of the Company in physical mode, intimating about the recent amendment to Regulation 40 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 with respect to mandatory dematerialization for transfer of securities.
