In this regard, we would like to inform you that pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, and in accordance with the Company's Code relating to prohibition of insider trading, the trading window of the Company will remain closed for trading in Company's equity shares for Directors / Designated Employees / Connected Persons covered by the said Code, from April 11, 2018 to May 02, 2018 (both days inclusive).
