1. To consider and approve Audited Financial Results ( Standalone and consolidated) for the year and quarter ended March 31, 2018.
2. To consider and recommend final dividend to the shareholders of the Company for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2018.
Further, as per the "Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading" of the Company, the trading window will remain closed for all directors /officers /designated employees of the Company from May 06, 2018 to closing the business hour May 17, 2018 (both days inclusive) on account of consideration of Audited Financial Results (Consolidated and Standalone) for the financial year ended March 31, 2018. |
