This is to further inform you that a meeting of the Audit Committee of Directors will also be held on the same date prior to the aforementioned Board Meeting to discuss and review the aforesaid quarterly financial results.
Further, pursuant to Company's 'Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders', please note that the Trading Window will be closed for trading of Company's equity shares for Designated Persons from October 23, 2018 and would remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited financial results of the Company for the second quarter ended September 30, 2018 of the Financial Year 2018-19.
