FUTURE RETAIL LTDhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 09/08/2018 ,inter alias, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(a) and all other applicable regulations, if any, of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 9th August, 2018 inter-alia, to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2018.

Further, for the aforesaid purpose, pursuant to Regulation 9 of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from 4th August, 2018 to 11th August, 2018 (both days inclusive) for designated employees including promoter group and Directors of the Company.
