(1) 26th Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at the Factory Premises at Building No. 9/536 A, Kizhakkambalam, Kochi 683562 on Saturday, 28th July, 2018 at 10.00 AM
(2) the Share Transfer Books and the Register of Members of the Company shall remain closed from 23rd July, 2018 to 28th July, 2018 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of determining the name of members eligible for final dividend on Equity Shares of the Company and for conducting the 26th Annual General Meeting. Dividend if declared, will be disbursed to the members (whose name appear as on 20th July, 2018 in dematerialized form and 21st July, 2018 for shareholders who hold shares in physical form) on or before 25th August, 2018
(3) E-voting in respect of business to be transacted at the 26th Annual General Meeting will commence from 25th July, 2018 (at 9.00 A.M) and end on 27th July,2018 (at 5.00 P.M) as per Register of Members drawn-up as on 23rd July, 2018
