In terms of the requirements of Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are enclosing herewith Un-audited Financial Results of the Company on standalone basis along with the Limited Review Report of the auditors for the Quarter and Half Year ended September 30, 2018 which were adopted by the Audit Committee in their meeting held on November 14, 2018 and later on approved by the Board of Directors in their meeting held on November 14, 2018.
We are arranging to publish the results in the newspapers.
