In continuation to our earlier letters dated April 3 and April 24, 2018, wherein we had intimated that, the trading window as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed till May 13, 2018.
In this regard, we wish to inform you that as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will continue to remain closed till the conclusion of 48 hours from the date of next Board meeting of the Company that is being convened to consider, inter alia, certain transactions to be undertaken by the Company and its material subsidiary(ies).
