Pursuant to the Clause C of PART A of Schedule III of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform that in order to meet out the capital expenditure of upto Rs. 60 crores, the Company has lined up the source of funds through Rights Issue of Equity Shares upto Rs. 15 crores, Term Loan of Rs. 35 crores from KKR India Financial Services Private Limited for which sanction letter has been obtained and remaining Rs. 10 crores from the internal accruals.
