Notice is hereby given that the a meeting of the Board of Directors of Chothani Foods Limited (Formerly known as 'Ashok Masala Mart Limited') ('the Company') will be held on Wednesday, 30th May, 2018 at 4.00 p.m. at Registered Office of the Company at 408, B Wing, Shamji Damji Corporate Square, Laxmi Nagar, Ghatkopar East, Mumbai - 400075 to transact the following Business(es) -

1. To consider and approve Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ending on 31st March, 2018 alongwith Audit Report; and
2. Any other Business matter, with the permission of the Chair.
