| Exchange Received Time 28/07/2018 12:10:28 Exchange Disseminated Time 28/07/2018 12:10:35 Time Taken 00:00:07 | We are pleased to inform that the meeting of Nomination & Remuneration Committee of the Company held on 27 July, 2018, approved issue and allotment of 7,03,500 equity shares of Rs. 2 each, pursuant to the exercise of options by the grantees under Minda Employee Stock Option Scheme 2016.
The Company is in the process of applying for the listing of these aforesaid shares with the stock exchanges i.e. NSE and BSE.
The paid-up share capital of the company will accordingly increase from Rs. 523,026,930 to Rs. 524,433,930.
The new equity shares issued shall rank pari passu with the existing equity shares of the company except that these shares shall not be entitled for Final Equity Dividend for the year ended March 31, 2018.
