| Exchange Disseminated Time 29/05/2018 09:12:22 | Lumax Auto Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 28, 2018, inter alia, have recommended a Dividend @100% on Equity Share of the Company being a dividend of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten only) per Equity Shares of the face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten only) each as on the date of the recommendation for the Financial Year 2017-18, subject to approval of Shareholder in the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The proposed dividend will translate into Dividend @ Rs 2/- (Rupees Two only) per Equity Shares of the face value of Rs 2 /- (Rupees Two only) each,
after Sub – division of existing One Equity Share of the Face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten only) each of the Company into 5 Equity Shares of Rs. 2 /- each (Rupees Two only), which is in process. |
