Pursuant to Provision Section 108 of The Companies Act, 2013 read with rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 and Regulation 44 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 company is providing voting facility to its members whose name are recorded in the Register of Members in Register of Beneficial Owners maintained by the Depositories as on the Cut-off Date i.e. Friday- 21st September, 2018 to cast their votes through Remote e-voting at the AGM through Postal Ballot Paper.
