Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that the Company has received a notice under Section 13 (2) of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act 2002 from the State Bank of India to discharge the liabilities due and owing to the Bank to the tune of Rs. 17.03 crores as on 01.05.2018 with future interest and incidental expenses, costs, etc. The bank has further informed that the account of the Company has become NPA.

Further, the Company has been informed that in case the Company fails to repay or discharge the liabilities, the Bank will exercise all or any of the rights detailed under Sub Section (4) of Section 13 and other applicable provisions of the SARFAESI Act.
