Pursuant to provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time and the Company''s Code of Conduct framed under the said provisions, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Insiders (including Directors and Connected/ Designated Persons and their immediate relatives) from Saturday, April 01, 2023 till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31 March 2023 (both days inclusive).
The date of meeting of the Board of Directors to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31 March 2023 will be informed in due course.
Accordingly, all the Insiders under the PIT Regulations are directed not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid trading window closure period.
