May 16, 2018, we wish to inform you that all the regulatory approvals have been received by Crest Finserv Limited (Formerly known as Tullett Prebon (India) Limited) and the process of acquisition of 14,15,300 equity shares by Crest Ventures Limited in Crest Finserv Limited (Formerly known as Tullett Prebon (India) Limited) has been duly completed. Pursuant to this, the equity stake of Crest Ventures Limited has increased from 51.99% to 99.99% in Crest Finserv Limited (Formerly known as Tullett Prebon (India) Limited).
Disclosure in terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dt. September 09, 2015 has already been given along with the letter dt. May 16, 2018.
