1. To approve and take on record the Standalone Financial Results of the Company under Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2018.
2. To consider and approve the Consolidated Financial Results of the Company under Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) for the year ended March 31, 2018.
3. To recommend payment of dividend for the year 2017-18, if any.
