Chavan Centre, General Jagannath Bhosle Marg, Next to Sachivalaya Gymkhana, Mumbai 400 021 and the Annual Report for the financial year 2017 - 18.
In order to comply with the requirements of Regulation 34 (1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Annual Report for the financial year 2017 - 18 will be filed with the Stock Exchanges after it is adopted by the shareholders of the Company at the 72nd AGM to be held on 26th June, 2018.
