| Exchange Disseminated Time 03/03/2018 17:30:34 | | Karur Vysya Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Bank at its meeting held on March 01, 2018, inter alia, has approved the Karur Vysya Bank Employees Stock Option Scheme 2018 (KVB ESOS 2018) in accordance with the provisions of SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits) Regulations, 2014. The Scheme is subject to the approval of the shareholders by a Special Resolution through Postal Ballot / E voting Process. The above scheme will be in addition to and not in subrogation of the existing KVB ESOS 2011. |
