This closure of the Trading Window occasioned by reason of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, which is scheduled to be held on May 30th, 2018 to consider, approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31st, 2018.
All the insiders and their immediate relatives are hereby advised to take notice that in terms of trading restrictions placed under above regulations, the Trading Window for the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from May 23rd, 2018, to June 1st, 2018 (both days inclusive).
