Brief Profile of Mr. Dinesh Darji: He has studied B.Com, LL.B. (Gen) from Mumbai University and Company Secretary from Institute of Company Secretary of India, New Delhi.
He is having experience of more than 15 years in the company secretarial matters with various companies involved in pharmaceuticals, cable network business, sugar manufacturing company, textiles, education sector among other industries.
