In this regard, we hereby inform you that due to Possible Protest and Maharashtra Bandh on 9th August, 2018 across Maharashtra, the Meeting of the Board of Directors which is scheduled on Thursday, 9th August, 2018 is re-scheduled to be held on Friday,10th August, 2018.
Further, in terms of the Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading as framed by the Company under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in Securities of the Company shall now remain closed w.e.f. 2nd August, 2018 till 12th August, 2018.
